Janne Vanhalst combines her work as a clinical child psychologist at AZ Sint‑Lucas Hospital in Bruges with her position as a guest professor in the Department of Developmental, Personality and Social Psychology at Ghent University. She holds a Ph.D. in developmental psychology, with expertise in the social and emotional development of children and adolescents. At the university, she teaches, supervises students, and conducts research that connects psychological science with clinical practice.
