Piet Leroy (Belgium 1969), MD, PhD, MSc is a senior consultant in paediatric critical care and director of the Paediatric Procedural Sedation Unit at Maastricht University Medical Centre, Maastricht, The Netherlands. He is an associate professor (domain of medical teaching) at the Faculty of Health, Life Sciences and medicine at Maastricht University and graduated in 2017as a Master in Health Professions Education at the Maastricht School of Health Professions Education.
