* Prosa Foundation is not a VAT-registered organization and therefore fees are exempted from VAT.
The full registration fee includes
- Admission to PROSA2026 on Thursday 10 September and Friday 11 September 2026
- Admission to the lunches on Thursday 10 September and Friday 11 September 2026
- Admission to the Welcome Reception on Thursday 11 September 2026
- Bites and drinks during the breaks
Workshop Thursday 10 September and Friday 11 September
Create your personal learning journey and select for each conference day 2 different workshops. Each workshop is offered twice but can only be attended once.
You can also choose to attend one or more parts of the Sedation Symposium. This symposium consists of 4 different mini-symposia, divided over 2 days.

Conditions for cancellation
Cancellation
All cancellations or changes must be sent to Klinkhamer | conferences & events in writing (email: prosaconference@klinkhamergroup.com).
- Cancellations received before or on 7 July 2026 will be fully refunded minus a €20,00 administration fee;
- Cancellations received after 7 July 2026 but before or on 7 August 2026 will be refunded 75% of the registration fee minus a € 20,00 administration fee;
- Cancellations received after 7 August 2026 but before or on 3 September 2026 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee minus a € 20,00 administration fee;
- No refund will be made for cancellations received after 4 September 2026 or registered participants who fail to attend;
- No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
Refund
The appropriate refunds will be made after PROSA2026.
Exchange rate differences and bank charges will be deducted.
