The full registration fee includes
- Admission to PROSA2024 on Thursday 12 September and Friday 13 September 2024
- Admission to the normal lunches on Thursday 12 September and Friday 13 September 2024
- Bites and drinks during the breaks
- Admission to the Welcome Reception on Thursday 12 September 2024
Workshop Thursday 12 September and Friday 13 September
Only one workshop can be selected a day and you can not enter the same workshop two days in a row. The exception is the Mini-symposium, you can enter the Thursday and Friday session or choose to attend just one day of the Mini-symposium.

Conditions for cancellation
Cancellation
All cancellations or changes must be sent to Klinkhamer | conferences & events in writing (email: helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com).
- Cancellations received before or on 7 July 2024 will be fully refunded minus a €20,00 administation fee;
- Cancellations received after 7 July 2024 but before or on 7 August 2024 will be refunded 75% of the registration fee minus a € 20,00 administration fee;
- Cancellations received after 7 August 2024 but before or on 3 September 2024 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee minus a € 20,00 administration fee;
- No refund will be made for cancellations received after 4 September 2024 or registered participants who fail to attend;
- No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
Refund
The appropriate refunds will be made after PROSA2024.
Exchange rate differences and bank charges will be deducted.
