In Erasmus MC with 14,000 employees and 4,500 students she works in a team with occupational physicians, safety officers, workplace consultants and organization experts and perform: Risk Assessments in the departments. Investigation and analysis of incidents. Exposure measurements for inhalation anesthetics and formaldehyde to ensure that levels of exposure are in compliance with the Occupational Exposure Limits (OELs). Indoor environment research. Diverse projects to prevent infection risk for workers: in OR, Clinics, introduction of safe devices in hospital and creating an e-learning for workers. Advise on new building. Education and training for management and employees. Individual consults with workers about adjustments in their work reducing their skin burden, allergic reactions or other physical complaints due to work.
